Through project management, the development of continuous measurable enablement initiatives, and close collaboration with internal stakeholders, you will be responsible for delivering measurable revenue impact through skills, knowledge, and process enablement. Additionally, you will be responsible for enablement initiatives for our key global partners.What You’ll Do1. Stakeholder Management & Field Readiness EnablementServe as a trusted, data-driven enablement partner to Sales and GTM leaders, using performance insights to inform recommendations and readiness priorities.Partner closely with Product Marketing and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure knowledge is effectively activated in the field, driving seller confidence and execution.Consult revenue leadership on readiness gaps, enablement effectiveness, and progress against OKRs, providing clear recommendations and next steps.Identify role-, segment-, and lifecycle-specific skill gaps and address them through targeted field readiness initiatives.Foster strong alignment across Sales, Partnerships, Product, Marketing, and other GTM teams to ensure readiness efforts support business priorities and partner growth.2. Enablement Program Ownership & Change ManagementOwn the end-to-end design, delivery, and continuous improvement of enablement and readiness programs, leveraging modern instructional design and adult learning best practices.Lead enablement initiatives through change management, ensuring new programs, processes, and tools are adopted effectively by the field.Define success metrics and track the impact of enablement programs, connecting learning outcomes to business and revenue performance.Optimize enablement systems and tools (e.g., Salesforce, Gong, LMS, CMS) to improve adoption, efficiency, and seller experience.Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities across initiatives, adjusting plans to maintain momentum in fast-changing environments.What We’re Looking For5+ years of experience in Sales, Revenue, or GTM Enablement within a SaaS or high-growth technology organization.Proven ability to operate as a trusted advisor to Sales and GTM leaders, influencing decisions through data, insight, and strong business judgment.Demonstrated experience designing and delivering end-to-end enablement and readiness programs tied to business objectives, OKRs, and revenue outcomes.Strong strategic and consultative skills, with the ability to diagnose performance gaps and recommend scalable enablement solutions.Deep understanding of sales motions, methodologies, and GTM processes, and how enablement drives seller effectiveness across segments and roles.Experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Sales Operations, Product, Marketing, and other GTM teams to drive alignment and execution.Data-driven mindset with experience measuring enablement effectiveness and communicating impact through clear insights and metrics.Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive-level presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.Strong project and program management skills, including the ability to prioritize competing initiatives and operate effectively in fast-changing, ambiguous environments.Experience mentoring or coaching peers and contributing to team capability beyond individual scope.Nice to HavePrior experience in B2B SaaS sales, marketing, or a quota-carrying GTM role.Familiarity with common sales and enablement tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, and LMS platforms.Experience supporting complex B2B sales environments (e.g., ERP, financial, or expense management solutions).What We OfferReceive competitive compensation and equity ownership in PerkRest and recharge with our generous allocation of vacation days plus public holidaysTake control of your physical health with your choice of private healthcare or a gym allowanceKnow that your loved ones are protected financially through your Life Insurance if the worst were to happenJoin our unforgettable Perk events, including our spectacular annual summer partyAlways feel supported with Spring Health, our market-leading wellbeing partner, providing fast, comprehensive access to 12x therapy and 12x coaching sessions for you and your loved onesMake your money go further with our flexible compensation planFocus on your family with 17 weeks’ paid parental leave during your child’s first yearContribute to your community with 16 paid hours per year to spend volunteering for your dearest charitable causesBroaden your horizons with up to 20 "Work from Anywhere" days per yearNurture your language skills with in real-life English, Spanish and Catalan lessonsFollow your passions and take a four-week, fully paid sabbatical once you , our verified social media channels, or recruiters listed on our official LinkedIn page.
