With over 78,000 meetings scheduled daily , they’re removing one of the most common productivity bottlenecks, giving individuals and organisations the space to focus, create, collaborate and move meaningful work forward. Role Overview You’ll join as a Senior AI Engineer, architecting end‑to‑end machine learning systems and building the intelligence layer that drives next‑generation automation at scale. Key Responsibilities Design and implement full‑stack ML solutions, covering data preparation, model development, evaluation and deployment. Build and maintain production‑grade pipelines using modern MLOps tooling to ensure reliability, scalability and rapid iteration. Develop custom LLM agents and perform prompt engineering to support specialised workflows and product features. Collaborate with backend and product teams to integrate models seamlessly into user‑facing systems. Define architecture, guide experimentation and ensure models meet performance and security standards. Troubleshoot, optimise and monitor deployed models to ensure stable behaviour in real‑world environments. Qualifications Strong proficiency in Python 3+ and hands‑on experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch in production environments. Deep knowledge of modern MLOps practices, including CI/CD for ML, orchestration tools and cloud‑based deployment. Demonstrated ability to deliver end‑to‑end ML workflows, from dataset construction through to live model integration. Experience building or customising LLM‑based systems, including prompt engineering and agent behaviour design. Solid understanding of backend development principles and how to connect ML systems with distributed applications. Ability to communicate complex technical decisions clearly and collaborate across cross‑functional teams. Currently located in Spain or Poland with the legal right to work in one of these countries.
