Overview Maintenance Site Lead (H- DescriptionProvides management and leadership of maintenance department. Plans and prioritizes resources (material and personnel) to ensure aircraft condition and availability, with a constant focus on contract metrics. The candidate must have a broad and deep understanding of aircraft maintenance and maintenance management procedures and must also understand the theories, concepts, principles and techniques within these fields.Responsibilities Manages and supervises all aspects of site maintenance and ensures all work is scheduled and performed in a safe and efficient manner.Independently perform maintenance tasks as needed.Responsible for adherence to government approved ground operating procedures as well as all applicable government instructions and policies and maintaining equipment maintenance schedules on all company / government equipment.Works with government customers to ensure availability of materials, anticipating requirements and coordinating with host activities to ensure successful completion of assigned maintenance tasking.Offers technical guidance in support of equipment and maintenance programs.Requires frequent interaction with external organizations and US Government civilian and military personnel.Interview, hire, and train employeesAll other duties as assigned to ensure mission success.Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required.
