We’ll give you all the training, cutting-edge technologies, and the continuing support you’ll need to succeed.**What you will do in this role**In everything we do, we believe in doing right by and for people – our clients, their customers, our people, our community, and our planet.As a **Fraud Activity Agent**on our team, you will: - Fraud Investigation & Verification- Initiate investigations on suspicious fraud cases using internal tools and defined macros. - Collect and meticulously verify all necessary documentation from customers to confirm or infirm fraud.- Manage cases within defined pending periods, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.- De-escalate tickets to Level 1 if client documentation is not received after 14 days, following established procedures.**Your qualifications**We embrace our game-changers with open arms, people from diverse backgrounds, who are curious and willing to learn.
