As the global leader in our field, we are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic individual to join us as Salesforce Administrator. Salesforce is used at Further as a central platform for managing claims handling and service contracts, enabling accurate contract creation, renewal tracking, and linkage to accounts and products. It should integrate seamlessly with systems such as bordereau management, and data lake ingestion for analytics. The platform should provide robust reporting and SLA monitoring through dashboards and customised metrics to ensure performance tracking and client transparency. Additionally, Salesforce should enforce strict data retention and compliance measures aligned with GDPR and ISO 27001, including classification of sensitive records and automated deletion processes to maintain regulatory standards. The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for managing and optimizing the Salesforce platform to meet business needs. This role will handle ticket prioritization for Salesforce‑related requests, perform configurations and parametrisation, and ensure smooth operation of the CRM system. The position will act as the internal owner for functional enhancements and backlog management, collaborating with external vendors for project‑based work as required. As our Salesforce Administrator, you'll get to Act as the internal point of contact for Salesforce maintenance and enhancements. Manage and prioritize Salesforce tickets from business units. Configure and customise Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and workflows. Implement automation using tools like Flow and validation rules. Maintain data integrity through regular audits, cleansing, and deduplication. Create and maintain reports and dashboards for business insights. Coordinate with S4G for complex development requests. Stay updated on new Salesforce features and recommend improvements. Provide user support and training to ensure adoption and best practices. Document configurations, processes, and system changes. We’d love to meet someone who Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Salesforce configuration and administration. Strong understanding of CRM processes and business analysis. Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and backlog management. Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment. Desirable Certifications: Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner (A‑CSPO). Salesforce Certified Business Analyst. What we’re offering Are you looking for a new challenge in your career?
