REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS What We’re Looking For • A Minimum 3 years of Experience in a Luxury Hotel environment in a similar role. • Next-Level Organisational and Leadership skills, effectively leading and inspiring the Pacha Family. • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including Weekends and Holidays, based on the requirements of the hotel. • Outstanding Hotel experience in delivering seamless and fast-paced Operations is advantageous. • A Welcoming and Enthusiastic Energy that sets the tone for a Sensational Guest Experience. • A Proactive Nature and Eye for Detail, ensuring every aspect of the operation is curated to perfection. • Professional appearance, always adhering to The Pacha Group’s Grooming Standards and maintaining a polished demeanour. • Impeccable communication skills, both Verbal and Written, with Fluency in English and Spanish. Additional languages are a Definitive Plus. • Must hold the Legal Right to work in Europe, including any Required Visas or Work Permits, in full compliance with Local Regulations.
