This role will be key in ensuring our employees' satisfaction and engagement while optimizing People operations.Are you ready to join us?If you love a challenge. You will:Become HR Operations subject matter expert in your respective countriesServe as the primary point of contact for employee HR inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and transitions.Administer and update HR systems, maintaining accurate employee records and data integrity.Coordinate and support payroll processing, with support of the payroll providersAssist in developing and enforcing HR policies and procedures to promote a positive work environment.Facilitate performance management processesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals and HR projects.Stay updated on HR best practices and legal requirements to ensure ongoing complianceRequirements:Advanced level of English & one other language (French, German, Italian, Dutch or Spanish) .minimum 3 years of experience in People OperationsStrong knowledge of payroll and labour legislation.Experience with HR management systems.Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities.Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive data.Why Join Us:Attractive SalaryMultinational work environmentModern, well-equipped office with high-end technology.Discounts on company services and products.Dynamic, fast-paced environment offering impressive career development opportunities.Diversity and Inclusion:We cultivate a culture of inclusion and diversity.
