Platform Experience Lead

As the Experience Lead , you will report to the Tribe Lead (Director) and be a critical enabler of seamless collaboration between Platform squads and the internal user community. Acting as the primary bridge between Platform squads and the Developer community, you will ensure smooth feature transitions, promote user adoption of automation, and champion positive change management. Because this role operates across multiple European countries, we expect this person to be multilingual . Fluency in English is mandatory , and proficiency in one or more additional European languages (such as French, Dutch, German, Spanish, or Italian) is highly desirable. The ability to communicate effectively across linguistic and cultural boundaries is essential for coordinating developer teams and stakeholders. Familiarity with Agile methodologies, change management frameworks, and developer platforms/tools. Net Promoter Score, platform adoption rates). Feedback Loop Management Change Management and Metrics Work with Product Owners to ensure that impacted users provide the necessary data to measure change and that KPIs are effectively communicated to relevant groups. Identify key influencers and advocates in the community to help drive a positive developer experience. Work closely with Product Owners, Tech Leads, Scrum Masters, Change Influencers, and Stakeholders to align release planning and communication strategies. Lead the creation and execution of a developer-focused communication plan, including key messages, benefits, and updates related to platform changes and automation initiatives. Proven success in driving change management initiatives, particularly in user-centric or automation-focused environments. Experience working closely with Agile squads, Product Owners, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and seamless feature releases. Experience leading change management initiatives in complex technical environments, particularly around IDP adoption and automation.
