The Opportunity:We are looking for a Therapist Manager to lead the Therapists, Supervisors & Links team at AIRE Barcelona. This role is critical for ensuring service excellence, operational consistency, and team development in one of our most dynamic centers.You will manage a large operational workforce (60–80 indirect reports, 1–3 direct reports), act as the guardian of AIRE’s protocols and guest experience, and partner closely with Operations, Talent, and Experience teams to elevate performance.Key Responsibilities:Operations & ServiceEnsure AM/PM coverage and smooth daily operations in Therapies & Bath Area.Maintain protocols, standards, and environment in line with AIRE’s stylebook.Oversee daily briefings, cross-department communication (VIPs, maintenance, groups).Quickly resolve issues that may impact guest experience.Implement new protocols, experiences, and operational processes.People LeadershipLead a team of Supervisors responsible for shift execution and floor governance.Build and execute the annual training plan (onboarding, refreshers, H&S).Manage performance cycles: 1:1s, feedback, goals, calibrations, succession.Foster a culture of accountability, service excellence, and continuous improvement.SchedulingManage staff schedules, rotations, vacation planning, and night shifts.Oversee inventory control of treatment and bath area consumables.Prepare daily/weekly reports on incidents, improvements, and operational priorities.Support OPEX oversight together with the Operations Manager.Who are youYou have at least 3 years of direct team leadership experience in spa, aesthetics, fitness, wellness, or Hospitality operations — not just overseeing, but actively managing, motivating, and developing your team.You bring a minimum of 8 years of experience in the wellness, aesthetics, fitness, or hospitality industry .You are highly organized and operational, with a strong ability to manage day-to-day activities in a spa or wellness environment.You enjoy scheduling, planning treatments, and making sure everything runs on time and to standard.You feel confident managing people and taking ownership of the guest and staff experience.Whether you come from a therapy, aesthetics, or spa management background, what sets you apart is your ability to coordinate, solve problems, and lead by example.You are proactive, hands‑on, and always ready to step in and support the team when needed.Why You Should Join Us:We offer a competitive compensation package and an annual performance‑based bonus , designed to reflect your impact and contribution.Celebrate your birthday with a complimentary AIRE Experience , and enjoy exclusive employee discounts for yourself, friends, and family.Grow with us : AIRE is a global and expanding brand with exciting paths ahead.
