Troubleshoot hardware/software issues (vision systems, printers, scanners, PLCs). Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical track-and-trace regulations (DSCSA, EU FMD). Execute equipment qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) for serialization components. Support installation and validation of serialization systems on new lines. Collaborate with automation and IT teams for integration (MES, SCADA, SQL databases). Manage incidents and changes using tools like ServiceNow, following SLAs. Ensure compliance with GMP and participate in audits. Work with global teams and vendors to implement upgrades and improvements. Analyze performance data and propose process optimizations. Maintain accurate documentation for systems and procedures.
