The Main Event: What You’ll Drive, Build, and Own Work daily with Design, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and Strategy teams to bring your product vision to life. Use data, market research, and company strategy to prioritize impactful initiatives that drive growth. 2+ years of experience at a high-growth tech company or in finance-related fields (proptech, payments, crypto, insurance, etc.) ~1+ year managing cross-functional teams (Product Owners at Huspy directly manage Engineering, Operations, and Design) ~ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal ~ A strong eye for UX/UI and understanding of design best practices ~ A hands‑on attitude: you take initiative and are ready to tackle major projects directly. ~ Work Setup Hybrid in Dubai or Madrid, remote anywhere in the EU. Or we offer relocation support to Dubai or Madrid, if preferred. Mid‑Senior level Full‑time Location: 100% Remote, Spain (or Dubai/Madrid for hybrid)
