We’re looking for a full-time Backend / AI Engineer who’s ready to jump into two worlds : one where we build AI-powered automation agents for SMEs, and another where we drag legacy enterprise systems into the 21st century. If you enjoy variety, autonomy, and writing code that gets shipped (not shelved), this could be the role for you. Design and build AI agents for practical SME use cases—think staffing bots, auto-schedulers, and smart task runners. Integrate with enterprise software like Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics—turning scattered, outdated workflows into clean, connected systems. Ingest, clean, and transform chaotic data from old drives, Excel exports, and ad hoc reports. Push outputs to Power BI dashboards, PDFs, APIs, or anything else that helps people make better decisions. Write clean, pragmatic Python. Use AI-powered coding tools (Cursor, Cline, Lovable, v0, etc.) Curiosity must be a big driver for you. You’ve got a solid Python background and a healthy respect for good data hygiene. You’ve touched LLMs and / or agent frameworks (or are itching to). You’re eager to learn enterprise software integrations. You speak Spanish and English fluently and enjoy some client calls. Developers in Spain who want a hybrid and flexible role. Recent graduates or early-career engineers who are hungry to learn fast and get hands-on exposure to AI, data, and enterprise systems. Experienced engineers who’ve done their time in Big Tech or consulting and want to build cool things that solve real problems.
