Responsibilities Create stunning, high-quality static graphics for social media, promotional materials, and advertising. Perform advanced photo manipulation, composition, and retouching to achieve impactful visuals. Develop layered and well-structured Photoshop files to enable future adaptations. Manage and organize all graphic assets for social media, ensuring efficient storage and easy access for the team. Work extensively with Figma and Illustrator, especially for vector-based designs and layouts. Optimize and prepare designs for various formats (digital, print, large-scale panels, posters, roll-ups, etc.). Maintain visual consistency and brand identity across all assets. Highly organized with the ability to manage and structure design files and assets efficiently. Exceptional attention to detail and adherence to brand guidelines. Solid understanding of light, color correction, textures, and composition for photomontages. Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high creative standards. A strong portfolio showcasing high-end photo compositions, vector-based designs, and static visuals. Flexibility in working hours, with occasional weekend availability due to events. Bonus skills Experience with 3D elements (Cinema 4D, Blender, or equivalent). Basic motion graphics knowledge (After Effects) for minor animation work.
