Team The EMEA Creative Team builds personalized, innovative, and memorable end‑to‑end digital experiences for the mid‑market sales organization. We collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders to elevate SAP’s engagement strategy and demonstrate how creativity can deliver business success. Summary We are looking for a Digital Designer who is passionate about using creativity and innovation to solve challenges. The role is part of the EMEA Creative Service Team and focuses on producing unique customer‑centric assets and content experiences. Role The ideal candidate will efficiently combine creativity, innovation, and technology to design cutting‑edge digital content and experiences that elevate the customer buying journey. Create customer‑centric assets across formats such as interactive prototypes, graphic designs, landing pages, and presentations. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality designs that are engaging, innovative, and aligned with the SAP brand purpose pillars. Bring ideas to life using diverse creative skills and technical know‑how to solve creative challenges and design best‑in‑class experiences across digital media. Work with internal stakeholders to produce content for SAP demand generation, business development, and customer engagement initiatives. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring quality and deadlines are met. Participate in testing and share new tools, methods, and best practices for content creation. Encourage effective teamwork by providing support, creating a climate of collaboration, constructive feedback, and trust. Qualifications Problem‑solver: Demonstrates creativity when facing problems and turns complex concepts into simple, well‑designed visuals. Creative thinker: Approaches challenges, reframes them into possibilities, and generates fresh ideas. Strong communicator: Listens and effectively communicates with business stakeholders. Recent graduate (Bachelor or Master), diploma not older than 3 years, related to design or visual communications. High‑level proficiency in Adobe CC (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects), Figma or equivalent prototyping tool, and Microsoft Office. Fluent in spoken and written English. Portfolio of relevant work is preferred.
