Your Impact We are a leading SaaS company in Food Tech processing millions of transactions daily, and we are seeking expressions of interest from Analytics Engineers for future roles with us. You’ll be at the forefront of leveraging data for decision‑making and business optimisation, building scalable infrastructure, and delivering impactful analytics solutions. You must have the right to work within Morocco for this role. This is a hybrid role working 3 days in our Casablanca office and 2 days from home. What you will do Design, develop, and maintain data models using tools like DBT to transform raw data into structured, analytics‑ready datasets, ensuring accuracy and optimal performance for downstream consumption Build and manage insightful and reliable dashboards to facilitate self‑service analytics for Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams, enabling data‑driven decision‑making across the organisation Partner with cross‑functional teams (Product, Marketing, Sales, Operations) to deeply understand their business needs, providing actionable insights and deep‑dive analysis to drive business optimisation and support strategic projects. Collaborate closely with Data Engineers to define data pipelines, establish ingestion strategies, and implement robust data governance policies. Ensure data quality, reliability, and consistency through rigorous testing, monitoring, and validation processes, proactively identifying and resolving data discrepancies. Propose and implement continuous improvements to the data stack, enhance best practices, and maintain clear, up‑to‑date documentation. What you will bring 3+ years of experience in analytics, data engineering, or a similar data‑focused role, preferably in a high‑growth SaaS environment. Strong expertise in SQL, with practical experience working with large datasets (experience with BigQuery is ideal). Proven experience with data modelling and transformation tools like DBT, demonstrating an understanding of data pipeline orchestration and ETL concepts. Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work effectively and communicate clearly with both technical and non‑technical teams. A strong sense of ownership, quick learning ability, and a proactive approach to adapting to new challenges and technologies. Experience with data governance, testing, and monitoring best practices. Formal education in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent work experience. Highly Desirable Skills: Experience with Python for data scripting and automation, proficiency in a visualisation tool like Looker, and knowledge of cloud platforms (GCP ideally).
