We are now seeking an experiencedProject Technical Leadto play a pivotal role in ensuring the technical success of our programmes across global teams.Working closely with the Project Manager and Bid Lead, you will define the technical strategy and delivery approach for each project, ensuring that engineering teams execute effectively, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Lead the technical delivery of complex SoC/ASIC projects across multiple engineering disciplines. • Ensure teams deliver against agreed specifications, timelines, quality, and cost targets. • Identify, manage, and escalate risks and support change control where needed. • Support project planning and resource allocation with the Project Manager. • You are a strong technical leader with a successful background deliveringSoC or ASIC projects in the semiconductor industry. Architecture, RTL/Front-End, Verification, DfT, Physical Design). • Strong leadership and mentoring capability, able to drive clarity and performance in teams. • Confident decision-maker with strong risk management and problem-solving skills. • Organised, adaptable, and able to manage shifting priorities. • Resilient, dedicated, and committed to quality and success.Flexible working options • Opportunities for professional growth and development •
