Together, Dils Lucas Fox aims to double its workforce over the next three years , supported by strong investment, innovation, and a clear growth strategy.You will be part of a dynamic, digital-first, international, and growth-driven environment , with real opportunities for professional and career development.The Sales Manager at Dils Lucas Fox will be responsible for leading and managing teams of Sales & Listing Agents in Mallorca , driving commercial performance, market penetration, and service excellence across the island.This role combines people leadership, commercial strategy, and hands‑on sales involvement , ensuring alignment with company objectives and close collaboration with other Sales Managers.The position reports directly to the Territorial Director for Catalonia & Balearic Islands .Main ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team ManagementLead, motivate, coach, and develop teams of sales and listing agents, fostering a high‑performance, collaborative, and results‑driven culture.Define, monitor, and optimize KPIs and performance objectives in collaboration with the Territorial Director.Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of new agents in coordination with HR and management.Act as a key communication link between commercial teams and senior management.Commercial & Sales ActivityEnsure the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual targets (revenue, listings, closings, conversion rates).Oversee and optimize the full real estate sales cycle: property acquisition, valuation, marketing, negotiation, closing, and post‑sale follow‑up.Actively support agents in complex negotiations and high‑value transactions, participating directly in deal structuring and closures when required.Manage and nurture relationships with demanding national and international clients, ensuring proactive communication and outstanding service.Ensure in‑depth knowledge of Mallorca's real estate market and key areas to support listings, valuations, and pricing strategies.Operations & ComplianceEnsure collection, verification, and management of all required property documentation and mediation agreements, in line with company commission policies.Maintain high standards of professionalism, brand representation, and customer experience.Ensure compliance with internal processes, legal frameworks, and reporting requirements.Keep CRM data updated with client requirements, activity, and portfolio performance.Market & StrategyAnalyze market trends, pricing strategies, and portfolio performance to support decision‑making and commercial planning.Work closely with other Sales Managers to create synergies, share best practices, and ensure alignment across the office.RequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience in the real estate sector, preferably in residential and/or luxury markets.Proven experience managing and scaling commercial teams of 10+ international agents.Strong knowledge of Mallorca's real estate market and key areas.In‑depth understanding of real estate transactions, including legal, financial, and contractual processes.Fluent in Spanish and English (additional languages highly valued).Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Strong commercial and results‑driven mindset with analytical capabilities.Highly organized, proactive, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.Outstanding customer service skills, ideally with high‑net‑worth and international clients.Flexible availability and a hands‑on, "can‑do" attitude.BenefitsFull‑time permanent contractCompetitive fixed salary + attractive variable compensation linked to individual and team performance23 days of annual leave + 2 personal daysWeekly language classes during working hours (fully paid)Extensive initial and ongoing trainingAccess to exclusive discounts and incentives (gyms, fashion, sports, travel, and more)Modern, international, and professional working environmentClear career progression opportunities within Dils Lucas FoxDiversity & InclusionAt Dils Lucas Fox , we celebrate diversity in all its forms and are committed to fostering an inclusive, equitable, and welcoming workplace.We encourage applications from all qualified individuals, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, age, nationality, ethnic origin, religion, or disability.#J-18808-Ljbffr
