What You Will Do As a Strategic Initiatives Project Manager you will: Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead the digitalization and automation of operational workflows, leveraging AI for greater efficiency. Lead end‑to‑end project delivery in areas such as Corporate Real Estate, IT operations, Procurement, Internal Communications, Governance, HR, Finance, and Transformation & Business Development. Collaborate with the Head of Operations to define, plan, and monitor the annual Operations project roadmap, ensuring timely, on‑scope, on‑budget delivery. Support cross‑functional collaboration, promoting alignment with TDC strategic goals. Design and manage internal reporting mechanisms that provide transparency on project progress, risks, and performance metrics. Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and audit requirements throughout project lifecycles. What Makes You a Great Fit Familiarity with modern AI tools and technologies, experience with conversational AI systems and workflow automation platforms. Proven experience in project and change management, ideally within a multinational or technology‑driven environment. Strong ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and deliver results under tight deadlines. Solid understanding of financial principles, experience managing project budgets, and tracking financial performance. Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills; influence and collaborate across levels and functions. Proactive continuous improvement mindset, focusing on innovation and efficiency. Strong organization skills and attention to detail. Fluency in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus. What Makes Us Special Competitive salary and yearly bonus.
