As a key point of contact for our Flemish‑speaking clients you will oversee the entire customer journey ensuring satisfaction and loyalty from onboarding through retention. Your role is pivotal in driving long‑term relationships and delivering outstanding customer experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the customer lifecycle process including onboarding engagement and retention strategies.Act as the primary contact for Flemish‑speaking clients providing tailored support and addressing inquiries or issues.Develop and implement customer success strategies to maximize satisfaction and retention.Proactively identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities to drive growth.Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. Sales Marketing and Product) to align on customer needs and provide seamless solutions.Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and recommend improvements to processes and services.Handle escalations with professionalism and efficiency ensuring swift resolution.Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and outcomes using CRM tools.QualificationsNative‑level proficiency in Flemish and fluent in English (written and spoken).Proven experience in customer lifecycle management,
