This role is ideal for sales-driven professionals who enjoy customer interaction, achieving targets, and growing within an international environment. About the Role As a Sales Development Specialist , you will be responsible for driving sales performance and identifying new opportunities while delivering a high-quality customer experience. Your main responsibilities include: Achieving sales targets and maximizing opportunities on every interaction Identifying customer needs and offering suitable products or services Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products, pricing, and promotions Ensuring service delivery meets sales goals and KPIs Communicating with customers in a professional and friendly manner Accurately documenting customer interactions Participating in initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and sales results Supporting customers with billing-related questions when required Requirements Dutch: C2 level English: Advanced level Previous experience in sales or business development Strong communication and negotiation skills Target- and results-oriented mindset Good computer skills Self-motivated and proactive attitude Salary & Benefits €21,000 gross per year Performance bonus up to €5,000 gross per year Private medical insurance Full-time permanent contract Paid training and onboarding Career development programs and specialized courses Modern office location in Valencia Why Join?
