By combining tech and human support, we free up business owners to focus on what really matters — growing their companies. As Zinco’s first Growth Lead, your mission is to design and execute the playbook that fuels our next stage of growth. You’ll combine sharp positioning, data-driven experimentation, and operational rigor to drive revenue across multiple levers: outbound sales, partnerships, content, product-led loops, and lifecycle marketing. This role is part strategist, part operator, part experimenter. You’ll be hands‑on in building the systems, channels, and partnerships that help Zinco scale its reach — while ensuring the foundation is robust enough to compound over time. What you’ll do Build & Scale Growth Channels Design, test, and scale outbound: from domain setup, sequences, and targeting to pipeline creation. Develop partnerships with banks, law firms, notaries, payroll platforms, SaaS tools, and advisors as distribution multipliers. Build Zinco’s content + founder‑led POV presence (LinkedIn, monthly drops, insights from real client workflows). Explore and validate paid acquisition channels once organic/partner motions show traction. Make Revenue Data Work Define KPIs across acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion. Build dashboards to measure channel ROI, funnel conversion, and payback periods. Use cohort analysis to identify the best client segments to double down on. Architect the Growth Engine Map, document, and optimize the funnel from lead capture to onboarding. Automate wherever possible: enrichment, qualification, lead routing, reporting. Ensure Marketing, Sales, and Product work off a single source of truth. Refine Zinco’s positioning vs. SaaS‑only tools and legacy advisors. Support founders in shaping new service vertical launches (tax, payroll, advisory).
