To provide accurate and timely recording, classification and reporting of accounting transactions. There will be an emphasis on reconciliations, controls, reporting results and recording of routine and non-routine transactions. This is a Senior Financial Accountant role that requires an understanding of multiple international entities, matrix structures and multiple statutory impacts, a solid tax expertise (VAT, local taxes…). In addition, the role will require ad hoc analysis and reporting requests. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : Lead accounting with expertise for all of the following critical and sensitive ADP processes Cash accounting, cash forecasting, Local taxes, ASC842 – local & USGAAP Leases, ASC606 – local & USGAAP Revenue recognition, Intercompany variance management, HR specific asks regarding advances, severance, garnishment Maintain ADP in compliance with all of its mandatory VAT obligations, ensure accuracy and completeness of supporting data, apply judgement and experience on assessing appropriateness of VAT treatments for submitted transactions Oversight, guide Indian based AP team with regards to booking accuracy, system management, tax compliance, payments timeliness Own the day to day relationship with
