Habilidades y requisitos Programación : Dominio de Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch). Conocimientos en SQL y R (deseable). RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) : Experiencia en sistemas que combinan búsqueda de información y generación de texto . Agentes Inteligentes : Conocimiento en el diseño e implementación de agentes autónomos o sistemas basados en agentes (ej. agentes de conversación, planificación de tareas). LLMs (Large Language Models) : Experiencia trabajando con modelos de lenguaje grandes , como GPT , BERT , T5 , o Transformer-based models , en tareas de generación y comprensión de lenguaje. Contrato indefinido en una compañía puramente tecnológica, que forma parte de un gran grupo, solvente y en crecimiento.
