We are a diverse team focused on making buying, selling and renting boats easy, with access to 500,000 boats globally.We are hiring a Customer Success Agent to join our Barcelona office and help build a world-class, creative organization by finding the best talent for our culture.The TeamYou will join Click&Boat’s Customer Care Team, a small and dynamic group dedicated to ensuring smooth communication and problem resolution between boat owners and renters. The team consists of one Head of Customer Care, one Team Lead, and three full-time agents, reinforced by a large seasonal team during the high season.Responsibilities Your main focus will be to manage daily customer inquiries and tickets, handling service issues, complaints, and claims between boat owners and renters. You will report to the Team Lead and collaborate with the Head of Customer Care to coordinate trainings, support seasonal agents, and contribute to process improvements that maintain a consistent level of service quality.Your responsibilities include:Handle customer interactions efficiently, managing service-related issues, complaints, and claims between boat owners and renters.Maintain service quality standards and support seasonal team members during the high season.Be an escalation point for complex or urgent cases, communicating primarily via email (80%) and phone (20%).Mediate disputes, investigate claims, and negotiate fair solutions in line with Click&Boat’s terms and conditions.Manage critical cases such as last-minute cancellations, service complaints, or boat damage, ensuring efficient resolution and clear communication.Report recurring issues or feedback to help improve internal processes and overall service quality.Contribute to internal process analysis and updates to prepare for high-season operations and ongoing improvements.Qualifications and Skills Language Skills: Native in Spanish and fluent in English. German is a plus.Experience: 1+ years in customer-facing roles; experience handling complaints and conflicts.Skills: Solution-oriented, able to handle challenging situations and find creative resolutions.Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.Organization and Flexibility: Thrive in dynamic environments with weekend shifts and high-season work.Process-Oriented: Enjoy structured workflows and continuous improvement of efficiency.Queue Management: Maintain a clean, organized ticket queue and ensure no requests remain unresolved.Passion for Boating: Interest in boating or the industry is a bonus.Start Date and Contract Start Date: January 2026.Type of contract: Full-timeAdditional Information Why Click&Boat?
