You’ll lead and train a motivated team, coordinate with key departments, and keep everything running efficiently to meet production goals.Key ResponsibilitiesContribute to the improvement of the overall performance of the plant by participating in the Production Management TeamCoordinate activities between shifts to make smooth and productive transitions among the different production operators.
