Overview An important company in the meat industry is seeking to appoint a Sales Country MAnager Qualifications Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Sales Country Manager Residing in Valencia Responsibilities Define the local strategy in alignment with the company's global vision and objectives. Lead and oversee key areas (sales, marketing, operations, and support) to ensure sustainable growth. Manage the country's P&L, controlling costs, investments, and profit margins. Develop the local market by identifying new business opportunities and strategic partnerships. Represent the company to clients, partners, institutions, and relevant stakeholders. Recruit, train, and motivate the team, fostering corporate culture and high performance. Ensure compliance with internal policies, quality standards, and local legal and regulatory requirements.
