Inside Sales Representative (NGS background) We are seeking a proactive and results-driven representative to expand our business across the Southern Europe. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and prospecting new clients within biotech, biopharma, and pharmaceutical industries, utilising data mining techniques and market research. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong background in genomics and sequencing technologies to grow within a leading sequencing provider. Location: Remote working (Spain) Job Description Proactively identify and engage potential customers through online research, databases, and industry websites. Utilize Excel and other data analysis tools to compare datasets, track prospects, and refine lead lists. Conduct outbound cold calls, emails and on site visit to introduce Novogene’s sequencing services to new clients. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients within Iberia & Italy area. Understand customer needs and effectively communicate how Novogene’s NGS and third-generation sequencing services can support their research and development goals. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to execute targeted outreach campaigns. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress using CRM tools. Stay up-to-date with advancements in genomics, sequencing technologies, and industry trends. Provide operational support to
