We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team in Spain Based in Madrid. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. You should be able to close sales and meet targets. To accomplish this objective, you will be responsible for working with the Spanish team, the in-country partners and distributors to support these efforts. Axon is seeking professionals that can work at the tactical level and drive industry adoption through persistence and execution.
To be successful as an Inside Sales Representative you should be able to build instant rapport and achieve customer satisfaction. A top Inside Sales Representative should also be very competitive and a good listener.
**Your Day to Day**
- Follow-up on all sales inquiries submitted through our online system
- Preparation of letters, reports, quotes, formal bids, and other miscellaneous information for business development
- Visits and communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
- Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
- Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
- Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
- Staying informed about competing products and services.
- Upselling products and services.
- Researching and qualifying new leads.
- Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
- Communicating with Distributors the leads.
- Ensure the sales process is closed via the distributors after the lead has been communicated.
- Availability to travel 25% of the time.
***Basic Qualifications**:
- High school diploma.
- Previous experience in outbound call center or a related sales position preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong listening and sales skills.
- Ability to achieve targets.
- Native Spanish and Spanish Citizenship.
- Strong public speaking skills
- The ability to legally live in territory, and travel to other countries as required. This may require you to personally obtain work and travel visas.
