You will have the opportunity to lead collections and asset recovery processes, working proactively and independently. Your impact will be direct on the company's financial health and the efficiency of our legal and commercial operations. Your responsibilities: Collections and claims management: Manage collections processes for contractual breaches, including financial penalties and asset recovery. Contact delinquent clients through various channels (email, phone, formal communications). Track overdue payments and unreturned assets, keeping each case fully updated. Propose improvements to internal collections processes to increase efficiency and recovery rates. Collaboration with Legal team: Coordinate with the Legal department on complex cases to ensure regulatory compliance. Support extrajudicial claims and assist in documentation and procedural management. Reporting & analysis: Maintain clear records of all cases and generate follow-up reports. Analyze
