Role Overview: As a Junior Campaign Specialist, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across Google's platforms. This hybrid role allows you to work remotely three days a week, while also providing the opportunity to engage with our team in our vibrant Barcelona office for two days each week. Your proficiency in German will be key in managing and executing campaigns tailored to German-speaking audiences. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Management: Assist in the creation, execution, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns, including search, display, and video formats. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand trends, competitor activities, and audience behaviors within German-speaking regions. Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to ensure KPIs are met and report on campaign effectiveness and ROI. Content Collaboration: Work with content creators to ensure that ad copy, landing pages, and creative materials align with campaign goals and target audience preferences.
