Join our team in Barcelona as a Junior Campaign Specialist and take your career to the next level What Youll Do: Consult & Collaborate: Act as a trusted advisor, helping partners develop successful Pay Per Click (PPC) campaigns. Understand & Achieve: Accurately assess partner needs and goals, creating opportunities to maximize spend, upsell, and ensure long-term sustainability. Engage & Execute: Manage a high volume of potential clients daily, engaging proactively by phone to drive success for a large portfolio of prospective partners. What Were Looking For: Languages: C2 in German (oral and written) and fluent in English (B2+ level). Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent; a Masters in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications is a strong plus. Experience: 1-2 years in sales and/or online advertising. Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills. Strong analytical abilities and time management skills. A client-focused mindset with a genuine interest in customer interaction.
