Descripción de la empresa The immaculate façade of Heritage Madrid Hotel stands proudly in one of the most elegant districts of the Spanish capital. The listed building, built at the beginning of the 20th century and decorated in a belle-époque style, today houses a hotel that tastefully marries classicism with the urban environment. Designer Lorenzo Castillo has created a warm decor of lacquered wood, polychrome marble and handmade wallpaper, which serves as a showcase for a magnificent collection of European antiques and artwork dating from the 18th and 19th centuries. In much the same way, chef Mario Sandoval Huertas, at the helm of Haroma Restaurant, elevates the finest ingredients through his eclectic and sophisticated cuisine. Descripción del empleo Duración. Se trata de un contrato de sustitución por baja de maternidad durante un año. Funciones y responsabilidades Definir y ejecutar la estrategia del departamento de eventos, alineada con los valores de la marca y los objetivos del hotel. Gestión integral de eventos sociales y corporativos: bodas, celebraciones privadas, eventos gastronómicos, reuniones de alta dirección y presentaciones de marca. Captación, asesoramiento y fidelización de clientes nacionales e internacionales del segmento premium. Elaboración, presentación y cierre de propuestas comerciales y contratos. Diseño y planificación del evento en todas sus fases: espacios, gastronomía, decoración, timing y experiencia del invitado. Coordinación directa con el chef ejecutivo y el resto de departamentos del hotel para asegurar una ejecución impecable. Supervisión y coordinación de proveedores externos (floristería, audiovisuales, música, producción técnica, etc.). Presencia y liderazgo durante los eventos, garantizando el control de calidad y la resolución de incidencias. Gestión, motivación de personal de prácticas que se incorporen al equipo. Control presupuestario, facturación y reporting de resultados. Representación del hotel en visitas comerciales, eventos del sector y acciones de networking. Requisitos Formación en Turismo, Protocolo, Organización de Eventos, Hostelería o similar. Alta capacidad de organización, liderazgo y orientación al detalle. Excelentes habilidades comerciales y de comunicación. Nivel alto de español e inglés (se valorarán otros idiomas). Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y gestionar varios eventos simultáneamente. Conocimiento de estándares de calidad y servicio propios del sector lujo.
