It accelerates the design process and provides a single source of truth for the whole project team.The OpportunityThis is your chance to be responsible for managing and coordinating infrastructure projects within the BIM methodology, ensuring consistency and integration of models throughout all project phases.Responsibilities Manage, design, and deliver BIM projects for all project stages.Collaborate on process optimization and early detection of conflicts.Coordinate content creation and management of Civil Engineering BIM models throughout the duration of the project.Verify consistency and compliance with the BIM standards defined for the project.Develop strategies and maintain a common data environment (CDE) for information exchange.Identify automation processes within the Civil Engineering team.Organize and lead coordination meetings to resolve conflicts between different teams and disciplines.Train and provide technical support to project teams in the use of BIM tools and methodologies.Promote open communication and collaboration among all teams involved.Be responsible for supervising and supporting several team members, ensuring their growth and development as they contribute to project success.Qualifications BIM-related qualifications or studies as a technician or draughtsman (FP, FP superior or delineante).A robust technical background with up to five years of experience in civil engineering.Experience in 2D CAD work.Experience using software including OpenRoads and Civil 3D.CAD packages – AutoCAD and MicroStation. Knowledge of ArcGIS is an asset.Office package.Use of information management software in ACC/Project Wise.High/Medium level of English and Spanish skills (B2-C1).Bonus Points Good communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.A good understanding of civil and infrastructure works.Extensive experience in 2D CAD work for civil projects.Experience in planning and permitting.Experience with 3D civil earthworks and distribution network modelling.Motivation and eagerness to tackle interesting problems with the opportunity to find innovative solutions.Conditions Immediate incorporation.How to apply for this vacancy To apply for this vacancy, register your updated CV and a cover letter in English.Why Arup?
