The Group is experiencing significant growth due to its focus on off-site construction methods (OSM) of delivering turnkey projects, meaning on-site construction time is kept to a minimum.The BIM Modeller is responsible for the development and coordination of digital models in all phases of the project, from conceptual design to construction. Its aim is to ensure documentation that is accurate, consistent and aligned with established BIM standards, working closely with engineers and other designers.Main resposibilities•Works on model development using tools like Revit for discipline-specific tasks.•Participates in internal meetings, understands requirements, and works with the BIM Technicians on assigned projects.•Works on documentation, P&IDs and modelling follow project standards.•Works and supports and review the development of Internal Projects as Revit Template Showroom/ Library integration, P&ID TemplateRequirements3 to 5 years of experience as a BIM Designer in industrial projects, preferably water treatment plants or similar.Experience working in collaborative modeling environments.Specific training in BIM (Autodesk Revit, Plant 3D, Navisworks).Attention to detail and quality orientation
