As the primary escalation point for our warehouses and the crucial link between millions of daily orders and our dedicated Amazon Associates, the PCS ensures seamless fulfilment operations.In this critical position, you'll be instrumental in driving Amazon Europe's workflow planning, risk mitigation, and cost and capacity management. Collaborating directly with FC partners, you'll provide guidance, identify and rectify workflow variances, and actively manage the journey of millions of customer orders from checkout to shipment.
