We are looking for a technically skilled colleague who wants to drive digitization in the construction industry on a broad front and who is genuinely interested in providing our clients with an excellent Dalux experience.**Curious to know what a Sales Executive at Dalux actually does?**Our new colleague will play a crucial part in driving sales activities towards our Building Owner Segment, ensuring a continuous growth at the market in Spain. With a proactive and structured approach, you will help identify new sales opportunities within the Building Owners segment in Spain. Of course, always providing the highest level of service and customer care, that we are known to provide, leading to a long-lasting relationship with our customers.Other areas of responsibilities include:- Proactively reaching out and engaging potential clients- Demonstrate and present Dalux software for existing and new customers- Establish and maintain long-lasting relationships with the customer- Represent Dalux at sales activities, such as seminars, fairs, and conferences- Manage contract negotiations and pricing**What we imagine to see in our future colleague**:- Solid knowledge and experience within the Building Owners segment- The ability to deep-dive in the software and train superusers- Experience with complex B2B SaaS sales- Ability to build strong and long-lasting customer relations- A great team player aiming for mutual success- Fluent in both Spanish and English, oral as well as written.**Everyday life at Dalux**At Dalux, we care. Furthermore, we expect you to have thorough knowledge of the construction industry in Spain; having worked at a construction site is an additional advantage.
