Empresas: Hotel Paxton BarcelonaEn Hotel Paxton Barcelona estamos buscando Recepcionita/Night Audit para incorporación inmediata: Responsabilidades Atención y bienvenida a los clientes durante el turno nocturno. Realización de check-in y check-out. Gestión de reservas, modificaciones y cancelaciones. Atención telefónica y resolución de incidencias de los huéspedes. Control de accesos y seguridad del hotel durante la noche. Realización de cierres de caja y auditoría nocturna. Coordinación con otros departamentos y reporte de incidencias. Preparación de informes diarios para el turno de mañana. Conocer todos los procedimientos de seguridad y emergencia, conoce las políticas de prevención de accidentes. Requisitos Experiencia previa como recepcionista de hotel (valorable turno de noche). Formación en Turismo, Hostelería o similar (valorable). Nivel medio/alto de inglés (se valorarán otros idiomas, especialmente francés). Conocimientos básicos de informática y programas de gestión hotelera. Persona responsable, organizada y con habilidades de atención al cliente. Disponibilidad para trabajar en horario nocturno.Requisitos : El Hotel Paxton Barcelona 4*Superior cuenta con 1 plaza vacante para Recepcionista de Noche. El candidato ideal debe hablar español e inglés a nivel profesional, se valorará francés. Debe ser una persona orientada al cliente, con muy buena actitud, y ganas de formar parte de un equipo joven y dinámico.
