Work-life balance A structured schedule with no overnight shifts. Your Responsibilities Provide 1st-level IT support via phone, email, and chat. Assist employees with system operations, troubleshooting, and peripheral devices. Perform root cause analysis to resolve technical issues. Monitor and categorize IT tickets in the ITSM system. Use knowledge databases to provide quick and accurate resolutions. Collaborate with 2nd-level support teams and external service providers. What Were Looking For Fluent Finnish speaker (C1 level) with strong written and spoken skills. Good command of English to communicate effectively within the team. Experience in IT support 1st or 2nd level support in a corporate environment. Strong technical knowledge including Windows 10, Office 365, MS Teams, and hardware/software troubleshooting. Familiarity with ITSM ticketing systems ideally ServiceNow. Analytical and problem-solving mindset to handle technical challenges effectively. Customer-focused approach with a strong sense of responsibility. Willingness to learn and grow with motivation to develop technical and soft skills.
