Work in an international and multicultural team Career growth opportunities with specialized training Competitive salary and benefits package Fully paid training on company procedures and technology Office located in the heart of Malaga Responsibilities: Provide 1st-level IT support via phone, email, chat, and self-service portal Assist employees with system operations and troubleshooting Perform root cause analysis and resolve technical issues remotely Monitor and categorize IT tickets in the ITSM system Use internal knowledge databases for efficient issue resolution Collaborate with 2nd-level support teams and external providers Requirements: Fluent in Danish (C1/C2 level) both written and spoken Good command of English (B2 level) Experience in 1st or 2nd level IT support , ideally in a large company environment Strong knowledge of Windows 10, Office 365, MS Teams Familiarity with ITSM ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred) Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills High customer service orientation and attention to detail Willingness to learn and develop technical skills What We Offer: Competitive salary based on experience and performance Full paid training on company tools and processes Career development programs and specialized courses Friendly and dynamic work environment Guidance and support for career growth Work schedule: Monday to Sunday, 09:00 AM - 06:00 PM (39 hours per week) Office in central Malaga Why Malaga?
