Vendors Receivable Analyst – Barcelona – TD SYNNEX TD SYNNEX, a Fortune 500 global corporation and the world’s biggest IT distributor, invites you to join our dynamic Barcelona team as a proactive Vendor Receivable Analyst. You will manage vendor receivables, collaborate to clear aged items, and support our global operations. Responsibilities Seamlessly manage monthly vendor claims and spearhead invoicing for marketing activities, ensuring strict deadline adherence. Address daily operational needs, including margin reviews and corrective invoices. Analyze receivables across price changes, promotions, and stock returns, engaging with vendors and stakeholders to resolve issues. Proactively manage receivables aging, working closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to clear aged items. Conduct thorough monthly reconciliations with vendors and resolve disputed claims to resolution. Strategically review unallocated credits, proposing and coordinating P&L impact approvals as needed. Support GL reconciliations and MJE documentation in Blackline for smooth month‑end processes. Qualifications Analytical prowess and numerical acumen honed in a finance environment. Excellent communication of complex financial matters, with minimum English proficiency B1. Strong time management and prioritization of live issues. Previous experience in Accounts Payable or General Finance roles (definite plus). Intermediate level or higher experience in accounting systems; SAP experience a plus.
