You will focus on a particular aspect of the project – such as planning, scheduling, or issue & risk tracking – while building skills under a project or program manager. As you build skills, you will move into other aspects of delivering a successful project, with the goal of preparing to lead projects on your own.You’ll be meeting a lot of people, networking, and forging relationships.
