Transportation Project Management Specialist (MER0003WSB)Global Service & Parts (GCSP) ensures the worldwide delivery of high-quality spare parts for Mercedes-Benz AG. Together with After Sales and Purchasing, we guarantee a timely and cost-efficient service for our customers.We are looking for a Project Management Specialist to join our Transportation Wholesale team. This role supports the global implementation of the Mercedes-Benz Parts Tracking App , which enables real-time tracking of shipments, transit, and delivery of spare parts. Ensuring milestones and tasks are delivered on time and according to plan.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor project milestones and deadlines, ensuring timely executionCoordinate with cross-functional teams (logistics, IT, external providers)Facilitate and moderate meetings and workshops with international teamsPrepare clear presentations and reports for diverse audiencesSupport project planning and follow-up activities across global stakeholdersQualificationsExperience in Project Management within logistics, transportation, or supply chainUnderstanding of warehouse operations, transport processes, and IT system limitationsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work in multicultural environments with tact and adaptabilityConfident in moderating meetings and presenting to large groupsFluent in English and Spanish (German is a plus)Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel)#J-18808-Ljbffr
