Project Description At the Telco Hub in Madrid , we are pioneers in merging IT and Telco, building and scaling Telco as a Platform (TaaP) on our proprietary layered cloud. If you are passionate about shaping the future of telecommunications, this is your place We are looking for 3 System Engineers, 1 project manager and 2 test managers to join our team for the WLAN CSA platforms. Implementation and operation of virtualized and Kubernetes based environments - Analysis, troubleshooting, and documentation of system malfunctions - Integration and optimization of application specific counters into new methods and tools for data analysis and monitoring - Rollout management throughout the entire application lifecycle based on ITIL/corporate processes (Incident/problem/change) - monitoring and alarm integration/adaption of existing service alarming and monitoring - Future migration of the CSA platforms to new cloud platforms - Streamline processes, enhance software and system performance and apply innovative technologies and concepts as part of the operations team - Willingness to perform tasks outside of regular working hours during the night (max 2/a) and participation in on-call duty (7*24) (max 2/a) Know-how in troubleshooting of IPv4/IPv6 networks and protocols such as TCP, UDP, Radius, and tracing tools (e.g. Working experience in Linux-based operating systems and the virtualization or containerized solutions based on them incl. Fundamental know-how in DevOps CI/CD tools (GitLab, Artifactory, Helm, Flux, …) and monitoring systems like Grafana, Promtail, Prometheus - Basic programming and scripting knowledge (Ansible, Bash, Python) - Good English skills, both written and spoken, basic German skills would be advantageous very good analytical skills combined with strong quality awareness - experience in classic and agile forms of cooperation Hybrid work model (teleworking/on-site). ~ Continuous training: Preparation for certifications, access to Coursera, weekly English and German classes... ~ Flexible compensation plan: health insurance, meal vouchers, childcare, transport assistance... ~ Social fund. ~ If you are looking for a new challenge, do not hesitate to send us your CV in English .
