We are looking for a Customer Operations Specialist who will be responsible for B2B customers operations and reports directly to the Customer Operations Manager. Responsibilities Responsible for manage accounts operations, route orders according to customer requirements, meet delivery deadlines, handle delays, process returns, etc.. Responsible for EDI process with the customer, communications follow up, transmissions between EDI and SAP, EDI operations monitoring and process improvements.
