About the Role: As the Executive Assistant to our CEO, you’ll be the trusted right hand, managing priorities, coordinating high-level communications, and enabling the CEO to focus on strategic growth. You’ll work closely with internal and external stakeholders, and you'll play a key role in keeping the company aligned and moving forward. Key Responsibilities: Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule, travel, and day-to-day operations Prepare briefings, agendas, meeting notes, and follow-ups for key meetings Prioritize and gate incoming requests to protect CEO focus time Help coordinate company-wide communications and special projects Help manage and co-ordinate any key events including logistics. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times Our Ideal Candidate: 6+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a dynamic, professional and fast-paced environment. Need to have excellent interpersonal skills. Experience working in a multinational environment interface with multi-level people including the C-Level. Project management or operations experience High emotional intelligence and discretion with sensitive information Proactive mindset—anticipates needs before they arise Tech-savvy and fluent in tools like Google Workspace, Slack etc Why Nuitee?
