We serve a wide range of clients including manufacturing companies, financial institutions, large local and multinational enterprises, hyperscalers and IT service providers.Mediterra is a forward-looking data center platform, where people, companies, technologies and data connect to embrace the digital wave.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesAs our Project Manager in Spain, you will ensure the successful delivery of complex data center projects from conception through commissioning and handover, meeting technical, financial, and operational goals. Your responsibilities include:Project Leadership: Lead all phases of data center projects, including technical due diligence, initial feasibility studies through design, construction, commissioning, and final handover. Ensure flexibility and scalability of design and construction based on emerging technologies.Project Management: Develop and oversee detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.Project Consultation: Advise the internal leadership team on the project strategy, procurement, and risk management and serving as the primary point of contact throughout the project life cycle.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external teams such as Engineering, IT, and Real Estate, as well as architects and contractors to ensure alignment across stakeholders and delivering project milestones seamlessly.Governance & Compliance: Establish and enforce project governance in particular compliance with permitting and local regulations, processes and quality control systems to ensure meeting the technical and safety standards and passing the quality control procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements.Risk & Performance Monitoring: Track project performance through KPIs, manage risks proactively, and provide transparent and timely reporting on progress and financials.Continuous Improvement: Drive process optimization and adopt emerging technologies to enhance project outcomes and efficiency.
