We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving the growth of our Intesis brand solutions across the Datacenter market segment . Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Telecommunications, Electronics), Business Administration or similar. High level of English and Spanish languages. Indefinite contract. Flexible work arrangements (hybrid set up: 2 days at offices in Igualada and 3 days in remote and flexible working schedule). 50-70K€ gross/year (fix) plus share saving program, career plan, continuous training and education, flexible compensation plan: restaurant / transport / nursey tickets /health insurance and bonus for gym. Their employee satisfaction surveys indicate that people enjoy working there and especially appreciate the informal and relaxed atmosphere. That makes for a pretty good abbreviation too. Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Datacenter market segment. Define go-to-market strategy to ensure commercial success. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to guide business development strategies. Define and shape our business model and value proposition for the datacenter market. Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to increase brand visibility. Keep CRM data updated to ensure clear pipeline tracking and accurate forecasts.
