As a Senior RAMS Systems Engineer, you will play a critical role in our continued success.

You will:

  1. Provide expert leadership: Leverage your extensive experience to guide and mentor other engineers in RAMS principles and best practices.
  2. Drive innovation: Develop and implement advanced RAMS methodologies to address the unique challenges of complex space systems.
  3. Influence critical decisions: Provide expert guidance and analysis and recommendations to shape design choices and ensure mission success.
  4. Champion a culture of safety: Promote a proactive approach to risk management and foster a deep understanding of RAMS throughout the organization.
  5. Stay at the forefront of the field: Contribute to industry advancements by staying abreast of the latest research and technologies in space system safety.

Are you THE one?

  1. Extensive experience: 5-8 years of proven experience in RAMS engineering, with a strong focus on space systems and a deep understanding of mission-critical requirements.
  2. Technical mastery: In-depth knowledge of space system architectures, subsystems, and operational environments.
  3. Analytical expertise: Proficiency in advanced RAMS methodologies, including FMECA, FTA, reliability modeling, and risk assessment (e.g.: MIL-HDBK-217F, FIDES).
  4. Proven experience with space quality standards and certification processes (LOS, FSOA, ECSS…).
  5. Leadership qualities: Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams, foster collaboration, and drive consensus.
  6. Commitment to excellence: A passion for space exploration and a dedication to delivering safe, reliable, and high-performing space systems.
