Our mission is to make experiences that our players love and keep coming back to time and time again.What You Will DoYou will work with Monopoly GO TeamManage significant performance marketing budgets across multiple channels to maximise games’ growth and profitability.Strategize, execute and continually optimise mobile campaigns on several critical mobile platforms, including paid social, DSP, reward channels, etc.Measure, report, and communicate acquisition performance KPIs, working with external partners & key internal leaders to rapidly iterate on UA spending decisions.Design and execute A/B & multivariate testing and present results to related teams.Contribute winning ad creative ideas and run creative testing, working closely with Marketing to execute on breakthrough creative strategies to attract new users.Work cross‑functionally with product, data, and creative teams to grow the portfolio and business through full‑view lifecycle marketing.What We’re Looking ForBA or BS degree, preferably in Economics, Mathematics, Marketing, Finance, Business Administration or a related fieldMinimum 4 years of experience in media buying / user acquisition.A hunger to be at the forefront of the mobile advertising space and the mobile app marketCreative problem solving acumen, as well as analytical rigor to verify or invalidate assumptionsStrong analytical skills and attention to detailStrong proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets requiredProven ability to effectively communicate with cross functional teamsPrefer candidates with direct previous experience in online Marketing.
