At WorkMotion, we are seeking a talented and experienced Performance Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. As the Performance Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in devising and implementing innovative strategies to propel our brand forward and exceed our marketing goals.

**What you'll do **:** Performance Marketing Strategy and Execution**:

- Develop and implement performance marketing strategies across various digital channels, including paid search, display advertising, social media advertising, and retargeting.
- Plan, launch, and manage performance marketing campaigns across multiple markets, targeting specific customer segments.
- Monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B tests, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and drive customer acquisition.

**Product Marketing and Go-to-Market**:

- Collaborate with the product marketing team to develop go-to-market strategies and support product launches in new markets.
- Understand the unique value propositions and target customer profiles for each market, and tailor marketing messages and campaigns accordingly.
- Create compelling product-focused campaigns, messaging, and content to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.

**CRM, Data, and Analytics**:

- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) systems to segment and target audiences effectively.
- Analyze marketing campaign data and metrics to derive insights, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Develop and maintain performance marketing dashboards to track KPIs and report on campaign effectiveness.

**Testing, Optimization, and Scalability**:

- Implement rigorous testing methodologies to evaluate different marketing tactics, channels, and messaging.
- Conduct ongoing experiments and optimizations to improve campaign performance and increase conversions.
- Identify opportunities for scalability and expansion into new markets based on data-driven insights.
- Implement personalization and segmentation strategies to deliver targeted and relevant content.

**What we're looking for**:

- 4+ years of proven experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in digital marketing channels, including paid search, display advertising, social media advertising, and retargeting.
- Solid understanding of product marketing principles and experience in go-to-market strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, data analytics, and campaign performance tracking.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns, driving customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Experience in conducting A/B tests, analyzing data, and making data-driven decisions.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
